We're looking for Rockstars

We’re always keen to fill roles internally where we can. Hell we’d rather keep you in the Eco Outdoor Group than lose you to someone else. So keep an eye out here for internal gigs that might take your fancy. We’re proud to say that we’ve been able to provide awesome career progression for many of our emerging leaders; we’ve had people move job roles, states and even countries to help us expand. So keep an eye out.

And if you’ve wandered here from somewhere else and you’re not with us yet .  . Welcome. We’d love you to look around and see if anything floats your boat.

Have you got a great job? Maybe you landed it a year ago and thought it would be awesome. Maybe it was awesome and now you’re looking for something more. Maybe  they don’t get cake on your birthday or maybe those achievable targets are still out of reach, even with a Cuban heel. So now you’ve got one eye open for something a little better. You’re ambitious. You know it’s not just about the money. You want fame. And cake on birthdays.

For some, our company will become home. For others, it will be a step along the way to something else. Most will enjoy it. We hope. Inevitably some will not. But one thing’s for sure; like anything in life, you’ll get out what you put in.

An Open Invitation to all Sales Rockstars

We’re always building up the ranks in AUS and right now we’re expanding across California.

We’re looking for those overachieving rockstar reps who are going to eventually grow into management or marketing or operations. We’re looking for people who are ready to put in the hard yards and then hassle us for the next challenge.

You don’t know us and we don’t know you; but if you’ve made it this far and we sound like what you’re looking for; then we’d like to hear from you.

This is not a job offer call to fill a vacant role. We have rockstars on the road in every region already. This is about strengthening our core team to take us forward.

If you’re already satisfied in your current role, even better. We know the best people get into their roles, they give 100% and they find the satisfaction wherever they are. But if you’re even vaguely curious,  drop us a hello. We’re always open for a chat. No strings attached.

Those sorts of chats aren’t like job interviews. They’re just a chance to say hello. Think of it like speed dating but without the awkward post-date romance afterwards.

What's it like to work with us?

Most companies are different and we are the same in this respect. We have a strong culture that we are very proud of. We’re a family owned business and it’s personal.

We'd love to introduce you to some of our people.

What's an outdoor lifestyle brand all about then?

When most people think of outdoor design they think of gardening, pool design and landscaping. We’d probably broaden that definition to include outdoor lifestyle in general. That encompasses how we eat, how we play, the lights we use, the structures we shelter underneath, the furniture we sit on, the paths we walk on and the landscaping we look at.

It’s how a space feels to be in. It’s giving the outdoor space the same emphasis and sense of importance that we’ve always given to the indoors.

So now when we talk about ‘outdoor lifestyle’ products, you’ll know what we mean.

My role here at Eco is all about people. It's all about getting the best people into the business, giving them the tools they need to do their jobs as well as they possibly can and then it's about ensuring that we manage their careers as carefully as we would manage our own. So if you've got a passion for design and architecture, then I'd like to hear from you. Or better still, apply for an existing or proactive role here.
